Dear parents,
Greetings from Mandalay International Science Academy.
It is our great pleasure to announce that the new academic year is commencing soon – on the 5th of July, and there are a few things that we would like to bring to your attention.
- Learning Mode
Due to various unforeseeable circumstances, we are still unable to decide how teaching and learning will be taking place for the whole school year. Most likely, we will commence the school year by offering classes online at the beginning. However, we do hope that we will be able to start offering face-to-face classes in the future, where we will offer classes in blended mode.
- 2021-22 Academic Year Teaching Team
We are happy to inform you that the teaching team for the upcoming academic year has been confirmed, and the orientation will start taking place next week. As the majority of teachers – both locals and foreigners – are already in Mandalay, we are ready to offer face-to-face classes as well, as soon as the health and safety conditions allow us to.
- Supervision during online learning
We have noticed that there were some parents who were not able to supervise their children at home for their online learning last year, and we are therefore planning to offer some supervision for those this year, for all levels – from primary to secondary. However, due to some limitations we cannot offer this to everyone interested, and we can accommodate only up to five students per class. This will therefore be on a first-come-first-served basis, and please kindly contact our office for the details.
- Info session on e-Learning Tools
e-Learning option will always be a part of teaching and learning in this era, even if we shift to traditional face-to-face classes fully. Therefore, we believe that it will be much better if the parents also are familiar with the e-learning tools that we use. We would therefore like to hold a meeting with parents on this Friday the 18th of June, at 10:00 am at school; explaining what online learning tools MISA will be mostly using throughout the year. This is particularly intended for the parents of new students, however, any interested parent can join. Please kindly contact our office for the details and to register for the event. The school IT department will also be assisting with the programmes to be installed in the computers and devices, as well as the issues related to logging in with the school corporate G-Suite for education accounts. Please therefore bring the devices so that our IT personnels can assist you with any issue you may have.

၁။ သင်ကြားမည့်နည်းစနစ်
ကြိုတင်တွက်ဆ၍ မရနိုင်သည့် အခြေအနေအရပ်ရပ်ကြောင့် စာသင်နှစ် တစ်နှစ်လုံးတွင် မည်သို့ သင်ကြားပေးနိုင်မည် ဆိုသည်ကို ကြိုတင် ကြေညာထားနိုင်ခြင်း မရှိသေးပါ။ စာသင်နှစ်စတွင် အွန်လိုင်းမှတဆင့် စတင် ဖွင့်လှစ်ပြီးနောက် နောင်တွင် အခြေအနေ ပေးပါက အွန်လိုင်း နှင့် ကျောင်းတွင်း ပုံမှန် သင်ကြားခြင်း နှစ်မျိုး တွဲလျက် သင်ကြားပေးနိုင်မည်ဟု မျှော်လင့်ပါသည်။
၂။ ၂၀၂၁–၂၂ ပညာသင်နှစ် ဆရာဆရာမများ
ယခုစာသင်နှစ်သစ်အတွက် သင်ကြားကြမည့် ဆရာဆရာမများအားလုံးအား လျာထားပြီး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဆရာဆရာမများ အနေဖြင့် စာသင်နှစ်အတွက် ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်သည့် အစီအစဉ်များ လာမည့်သီတင်းပတ်တွင် စတင်ပါမည်။ သင်ကြားပေးကြမည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသား နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားသား ဆရာဆရာမများ အများစုသည် မန္တလေးတွင် အဆင်သင့် ရှိနေကြသည့်အတွက် ကျန်းမာရေး လုံခြုံရေး အခြေအနေအရပ်ရပ် သင့်လျော်သည်နှင့်တပြိုင်နက် ကျောင်းတွင်း ပုံမှန် သင်ကြးပေးနိုင်ရန် အဆင်သင့် ရှိပါပြီ။
၃။ အွန်လိုင်းမှ သင်ယူနေစဉ် ကာလအတွက် ကြီးကြပ်ပေးခြင်း
ပြီးခဲ့သည့် စာသင်နှစ် တစ်လျှောက်တွင် ကျောင်းသားများ အွန်လိုင်းမှ သင်ယူရစဉ် ကာလအတွင်း အချို့ မိဘများအနေဖြင့် အိမ်တွင် ကြီးကြပ်ပေးရန် အခြေအနေ မပေးဘဲ အခက်အခဲ ကြုံရကြောင်း ကြားသိရပါသည်။ ထိုသို့သော မိဘများ အဆင်ပြေရေးအတွက် ကျောင်းအနေဖြင့် ကြီးကြပ်ကူညီပေးရန် စီစဉ်လျက် ရှိပါသည်။ မူလတန်း အလယ်တန်း အတန်းတိုင်းအတွက် ကျောင်းတွင် ကြီးကြပ်ပေးရန် စီစဉ်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ စီစဉ်ပေးရာတွင် အကန့်အသတ် မျိုးစုံ ရှိနိုင်သည့်အတွက် ကျောင်းသားတိုင်းအား ထိုသို့ လက်ခံပေးရန် မဖြစ်နိုင်ပါ။ တစ်တန်းလျင် အများဆုံး ငါးဦးထိသာ လက်ခံပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။ အသေးစိတ် သိလိုပါက ကျောင်းရုံးခန်းသို့ ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
၅။ အွန်လိုင်း သင်ကြားမှုအကြောင်း မိတ်ဆက် အစီအဉ်
အွန်လိုင်းမှတဆင့် e-Learning သင်ယူခြင်းစနစ်သစ်သည် ပုံမှန်အတိုင်း ကျောင်း ပြန်လည် ဖွင့်လှစ်သင်ကြားချိန်တွင်လည်းပဲ ဆက်လက် တည်ရှိတော့မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ မိဘများသည်လည်း ကျောင်းတွင် အသုံးပြုသင်ကြားနေသော အွန်လိုင်းသင်ယူခြင်း နည်းပညာ နည်းစနစ်များနှင့် ရင်းနှီးထားခြင်းအားဖြင့် များစွာ အကျိုးရှိမည်ဟု ယုံကြည်ပါသည်။
မနက်ဖြန် သောကြာနေ့ ဇွန်လ ၁၈ ရက်နေ့ နံနက် ၁၀နာရီတွင် ကျောင်းတွင် မိဘများနှင့် တွေ့ဆုံကာ MISA အနေဖြင့် တစ်နှစ်ပတ်လုံး အသုံးပြုသွားကြမည့် online learning tools များအား မိဘတို့နှင့် မိတ်ဆက်ပေးသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဤအစီအစဉ်သည် အဓိကအားဖြင့် ကျောင်းသားသစ်တို့၏ မိဘများအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်သော်လည်း စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသည့် မည်သည့်မိဘမဆို တက်ရောက်နိုင်ပါသည်။
စိတ်ဝင်စားသူမိဘများ ကျောင်းရုံးခန်းသို့ ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
ကျောင်း၏ နည်းပညာ ကွန်ပြူတာ ဌာန IT department မှ ဝန်ထမ်းများကလည်း လိုအပ်မည့် ပရိုဂရမ်များ ကွန်ပြူတာတွင် ထည့်သွင်းပေးရန် နှင့် G-Suite for education အီးမေးလ်ဖြင့် ဝင်ရောက်ရန် အခက်အခဲရှိပါက ကူညီပေးရန် အဆင်သင့် ရှိနေကြပါမည်။ ကျောင်းသားများ စာသင်ရာတွင် သုံးသည့် ကွန်ပြူတာ ပစ္စည်းများအားလည်း လိုအပ်သလို ကူညီပေးကြနိုင်ရန်အတွက် တပါတည်း ယူဆောင်လာစေလိုပါသည်။
