Dear parents

We hope you have had a fruitful start to 2021.

Next week, our Parent Teacher Conference will begin. This is a great opportunity to speak to our teachers about your child’s progress, and how they can improve. As previously, this will take place online, and our office will be calling to let you know the schedule, as well as how to join.

Starting next week, there will also be a special series of assemblies, during homeroom time. These will take place as follows:

Years 2 and 3: Monday, February 1 at 9am

Years 4, 5 and 6: Monday, February 8 at 9am

Years 7, 8 and 9: Monday, February 15 at 9am

Years 10 and 11: Monday, February 22 at 9am

Parents are more than welcome to attend these assemblies alongside their children.

We would like to inform all parents that all students are participating in a Read-a-Thon as of January this year. Students ‘log’ the time that they spend reading independently, parents sign off to guarantee that this is truthful, and students then earn special awards for each milestone that they reach. This means students receive certificates and prizes when they complete 10, 25, 50 and 100 hours of reading time.

Parents and students can now borrow books from our library on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 9am and 3pm.

၂၀၂၁ မှစ၍ ကောင်းချီးမင်္ဂလာများနှင့် ပြည့်စုံစေရန် မျှော်လင့်ပါသည်။

လာမည့် သီတင်းပတ်တွင် မိဘ ဆရာ အစည်းအဝေး ကျင်းပမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အစည်းအဝေးကို online မှတဆင့် အစည်းအဝေး တက်ရောက်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အစည်းအဝေး အချိန်ဇယားနှင့် မည်သို့တက်ရောက်ရမည်ကို ကျောင်းမှ ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆို၍ အကြောင်းကြားပေးမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

လာမည့်အပတ်မှစ၍ homeroom အချိန်တွင် assemblies ရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အောက်တွင်ဖော်ပြထားသည့် အချိန်အတိုင်း ပြုလုပ်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

မိဘများကိုလည်း ကလေးများနှင့် အတူ assembly ကို တက်ရောက်ရန် ဖိတ်ခေါ်ပါသည်။

ယခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလတွင် ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများသည် Read-a-Thon ပြိုင်ပွဲတွင် ပါဝင်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်နေကြကြောင်း မိဘများကို အသိပေးလိုပါသည်။ ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများသည် မိမိတို့ကိုယ်တိုင်စာဖတ်ကြရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး စာဖတ်ချိန်ကို မှတ်ထားရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ မိဘများအနေဖြင့် မိမိကလေးသည် အမှန်တကယ် စာဖတ်ကြောင်းကို လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုး၍ အာမခံပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ကျောင်သား၊ ကျောင်းသူများသည် သူတို့၏ စာဖတ်နိုင်စွမ်းပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး ဆုများ ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဆိုလိုသည်မှာ ကျောင်သား၊ ကျောင်းသူများသည် စာဖတ်ချိန် ၁၀ နာရီ၊ ၂၅ နာရီ၊ နာရီ ၅၀ နှင့် နာရီ ၁၀၀ ပြည့်ပါက ဂုဏ်ပြုလက်မှတ်နှင့် ဆုများ ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

မိဘများနှင့် ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများသည် ကျွန်တော်တို့၏ စာကြည့်တိုက်မှ စာအုပ်များကို တနင်္လာနေ့၊ အင်္ဂါနေ့ နှင့် ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့တိုင်းတွင် မနက် ၉းဝ၀ နာရီမှ ၃းဝ၀ အထိ ငှားရမ်းဖတ်ရှုနိုင်ပါသည်။

လူကြီးမင်းတို့အနေဖြင့် အကြံပြုလိုလျှင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ စုံစမ်းမေးမြန်းလိုလျှင်ဖြစ်စေ ကျောင်းရုံးခန်းသို့ အချိန်မရွေးဆက်သွယ်မေးမြန်းနိုင်ပါသည်။
