Greetings from the MISA administration.
There are a few things that we would like to bring to your attention.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
As we are now approaching the mid-term of the first semester, we have planned to host a Parent Teacher Conference, commencing on Monday, September 13.
This is a good chance for you to meet your children’s homeroom teachers and to discuss their progress,academically, socially, and with regard to classroom behaviour.
The schedule is attached here. If you are not able to come online during the designated time slot for any reason, please inform the assistant teacher or the student affairs so that we can arrange another meeting at your convenience.
The contact time is strictly limited to 15 minutes for each parent, and we therefore request that you please kindly follow the time slot.
ESL CLasses
In order to help students who need extra assistance to boost their language competency, we have opened ESL classes – both for primary and secondary level students – in the afternoon. Students who will benefit from ESL classes have been identified, and their parents have been informed. We would like to request that the concerned parents make sure their children attend those ESL classes in the afternoon.
Optional Classes, Study Hours and Homeroom Classes
As you have been informed, due to some concerns raised by parents last year regarding the screen-time, we have made some classes in the afternoon optional. Although they are optional, we strongly suggest that students take part in those classes as well – unless one has serious health concerns. There are optional classes for some subjects and study hours.
Homeroom classes are also happening in the afternoon. However, we would like to urge you to have your children attend homeroom classes. It is particularly during the homeroom classes when close-knit relationships between students and homeroom teachers are formed, which helps students foster their sense of belonging to the school community even better. Also, as the homeroom classes are designated to promote universal character values – such as resilience, honesty, respect – we believe that these classes are pivotal in the all-round development and wellbeing of our students. The school is planning to organise monthly competitions and activities regarding the character building, and this mainly happens via homeroom classes. We therefore would like to request you to make sure that your children participate in homeroom classes.
Due to some changes and needs, we have decided to reschedule the classes. A new set of timetables is attached in this document, and this new timetable will be effective on the 13th of September onwards.
2nd Instalment
The payment period for instalment-based tuition fees has started, and has been extended until September 18. We kindly request all parents to settle all charges during this window. Our finance team will be contacting the concerned parents in this regard.

လူကြီးမင်းတို့ကို အသိပေးစရာအကြောင်းအရာအနည်းငယ်ရှိပါသည်။
မိဘ–ဆရာ အစည်းအဝေး
ပထမစာသင်နှစ်ဝက်အလယ်သို့ရောက်ရှိလာပြီဖြစ်သောကြောင့် မိဘ-ဆရာအစည်းအဝေးကို စက်တင်ဘာလ ၁၃ရက်နေ့၊ တနင်္လာနေ့မှစ၍ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
လူကြီးမင်းတို့ကလေးများ၏ ပညာရေး၊ လူမှုရေး တိုးတက်မှုများနှင့် စာသင်ခန်းတွင်းပြုမူလုပ်ဆောင်မှုများကို အတန်းပိုင်ဆရာ/ဆရာမများနှင့် တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးခွင့် ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ တွေ့ဆုံရမည့်အချိန်ဇယားကို ဤစာနှင့်အတူ ပူးတွဲတင်ပြထားပါသည်။ အကယ်၍ အကြောင်းတစုံတရာကြောင့် ဤသတ်မှတ်ထားသောအချိန်တွင် တွေ့ဆုံရန် အဆင်မပြေပါက လူကြီးမင်းတို့ အဆင်ပြေမည့်အချိန်ကို ပြန်လည်စီစဉ်ပေးနိုင်ရန် ကျောင်းသားရေးရာ သို့မဟုတ် အတန်းတွင်း လက်ထောက်ဆရာမအား အကြောင်းကြားပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။ တွေ့ဆုံရမည့်အချိန်အား မိဘတစ်ဦးလျှင် ၁၅မိနစ်စီ သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့်အတွက် သတ်မှတ်ထားသောအချိန်အတွင်း တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးပေးကြပါရန် မေတ္တာရပ်ခံအပ်ပါသည်။
ESL အတန်းများ
ဘာသာစကားအခက်အခဲကြောင့် သင်ကြားရေးတွင် အကူအညီလိုအပ်နေသော ကျောင်းသား/သူများအတွက် ဘာသာစကားတိုးတက်လာစေရန် နေ့လည်ပိုင်းတွင် ESL အတန်းများကို မူလတန်းနှင့် အလယ်တန်းကျောင်းသား/သူများအတွက် စီစဉ်ပေးထားပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ESL အတန်းတက်ခြင်းဖြင့် အထောက်အကူရယူရမည့် ကျောင်းသား/သူများကို ရွေးထုတ်ထားပြီဖြစ်ပြီး ထိုကျောင်းသား/သူများ၏ မိဘများကိုလည်း အကြောင်းကြားပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သက်ဆိုင်ရာမိဘများအနေနှင့်လည်း မိမိတို့ကလေးများအား နေ့လည်ပိုင်းတွင် ESL အတန်းများ တက်ကြရန် သေသေချာချာတိုက်တွန်းပေးစေချင်ပါသည်။

ပြီးခဲ့သောစာသင်နှစ်တွင် ကျောင်းသား/သူများ ကွန်ပြူတာအသုံးပြုမှု screen-time များခြင်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ မိဘများ၏စိုးရိမ်ကြောင့်ကြမှုများကြောင့် နေ့လည်ပိုင်းတွင် စာသင်ချိန်များကို မဖြစ်မနေတက်ရောက်ရမည့် အတန်းမဟုတ်ဘဲ မိမိစိတ်ကြိုက်ရွေးချယ်တက်ရောက်နိုင်သော optional class များကို ကျွန်တော်တို့စီစဉ်ထားပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ နေ့လည်ပိုင်းစာသင်ချိန်များတွင် အချိန်ပိုစာသင်ချိန် (study hours) နှင့် ဘာသာရပ်တချို့အတွက် ရွေးချယ်တက်ရောက်နိုင်သော optional class များရှိပါသည်။ စိုးရိမ်ဖွယ်ကျန်းမာရေးကိစ္စတစုံတရာမရှိပါက ထိုအတန်းများကို တက်ကြဖို့ ကျောင်းသား/သူများကို အထူးတိုက်တွန်းအကြံပြုလိုပါသည်။
အတန်းပိုင်ဆရာအချိန်ဖြစ်သော homeroom class များကိုလည်း နေ့လည်ပိုင်းစာသင်ချိန်များတွင် ထည့်သွင်းထားပါသည်။ ထိုအတန်းများကို မပျက်မကွက် တက်ကြရန် လူကြီးမင်းတို့ကလေးများအား တိုက်တွန်းပေးစေလိုပါသည်။ ဤ homeroom class တက်ရောက်ခြင်းဖြင့် ကျောင်းသား/သူများနှင့် အတန်းပိုင်ဆရာ/မများကြား ပိုမိုရင်းနှီးကျွမ်းဝင်မှုရရှိလာကာ ကျောင်းသား/သူများအနေဖြင့် ကောင်းမွန်သောကျောင်းဝန်းကျင် ပိုင်ဆိုင်နေခြင်းကို ပိုမိုသိရှိခံစားလာစေမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် ကျောင်းသား/သူများအား ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိမှု၊ ရိုးသားမှု၊ လေးစားမှု စသော လူသား စံတန်ဖိုးများ universal character values မြှင့်တင်ပေးနိုင်ရန် homeroom အတန်းများကို စီစဉ်ထားသောကြောင့် ဤအတန်းများသည် ကျောင်းသား/သူများ ဘက်စုံဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရန် နှင့် ကျန်းမာပျော်ရွှင်ကြစေရန် အရေးပါလှသည်ဟု ကျွန်တော်တို့ ယုံကြည်ပါသည်။ ကျောင်းမှ ကျောင်းသား/သူများ အရည်အချင်းပိုမိုတိုးတက်လာစေရန် ပြိုင်ပွဲများနှင့် အတန်းတွင်းလှုပ်ရှားဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို လစဉ် ပြုလုပ်စီစဉ်လျက်ရှိပြီး ဤလုပ်ဆောင်မှုများကို homeroom class များမှတဆင့် စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၍ homeroom စာသင်ချိန်များတွင် လူကြီးမင်တို့ကလေးများ တက်ရောက်ကြပါရန် မေတ္တာရပ်ခံချင်ပါသည်။
စာသင်ချိန်ဇယား ပြောင်းလဲရန်လိုအပ်သောကြောင့် စာသင်ချိန်ဇယားကို ပြန်လည်ပြင်ဆင်ထားပါသည်။ စာသင်ချိန်ဇယားအသစ်ကို ဤစာနှင့်အတူ ပူးတွဲပေးပို့ထားပါသည်။ ဤအချိန်ဇယားအသစ်ကို စက်တင်ဘာလ ၁၃ရက်(တနင်္လာနေ့) မှစတင်အသုံးပြုသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဒုတိယအရစ်ငွေပေးသွင်းခြင်း
ကျောင်းလခကို အရစ်ကျဖြင့်ပေးသွင်းသော မိဘများအား ဒုတိယအရစ် ကျောင်းလခပေးသွင်းခြင်းကို စက်တင်ဘာလ ၁၈ရက်နေ့ အထိ တိုးမြှင့်သတ်မှတ်ထားကြောင်း အသိပေးလိုပါသည်။ ပေးသွင်းရမည့်ကျောင်းလခများကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသောရက်အတွင်း ပေးသွင်းကြပါရန် မေတ္တာရပ်ခံလိုပါသည်။ ကျောင်းလခပေးသွင်းခြင်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ သက်ဆိုင်သောမိဘများအား ကျောင်း၏ငွေစာရင်းဌာနမှ ဆက်သွယ်ပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
